Refund Policy

What are the refund policies?

We have a non refund policy . All the items are handmade and made on order basis which in case of customised pieces can take from 15-30 days .Minor changes slight  like color variation is not eligible for exchange as hand painted and hand embroidered products . Most of the items can be exchanged for new products only if the products ons are a damaged or defected or in case of incorrect order received we can exchange . Also the products on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

Returns
We only accept returns of the products in case of a major defect. As products are handmade and they can vary product to product.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds 
We have a strict no refund policy. We only exchange your product in case of major defect, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you about the shipment of the product.

Sale items 

All sale items cannot be refunded or returned.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they have a major defect or damaged.For replacing it with the same item, send us an email at contact@gonecase.in and send your item to: 57 church road bhogal new delhi, 110014 New Delhi AN, India.The exchange can take upto 20-45 days


Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to 57 church road bhogal new Delhi, 110014 New Delhi AN, India , in case you request for pickup , we will attempt the shipping one time , in case the client is not able to send the product to our delivery executive ,You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over RS 499, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

What if you receive a defective /damaged piece?

We have a team to look at the quality check before processing the order.
In rare cases , if you still receive defective or damaged piece please contact our team within 24 hours of receiving the order at contact@gonecase.in . With the images and we will exchange It for a new pair .

What if I receive a wrong order?

Our clients happiness is what we want . We try our best to deliver the best to our clients but in case you receive a wrong order . That item is yours ! We will send across the correct order again and the previous order can be kept as a gift from our end .


Time to process return?

It will take 15-45 working days to process return.
